Would it be racist to cast a black actor as a monkey, ape etc... character in a film even if the other monkey characters in the film are played by actors from other ethnic backgrounds and not just black, and he was cast because he was a celebrity voice and not because of his voice acting talents for the role?

is it animated or is he dressed like an ape
