If Breaking Bad were a family show, what would it be about? I was thinking it would be a show about an animation professor named Walter White who discovers he has leukaemia, so he comes across an old student of his named Jesse Pinkman and convinces him to partner with him so they open up an illegal animation studio to do work for any company that'll pay, and the show takes place in a Roger Rabbit type setting where they exist with cartoon characters; all the major characters are still played by their live action actors, but most of the supporting characters and background characters would be cartoon characters, like Gomie who's now a cartoon cop, and they would be in different art styles like CGI, stop motion, flash and even anime characters exist.
You mean like, a family friendly show? If so, that sounds about on-par, maybe they'd do a more serious crime than that like bank robbing, but still portray it in a somewhat whimsical way. I'm sure they also wouldn't hard commit to 'Mr. Chips turns into Scarface", and would have Walter turn back on being a criminal like some lesson was learned and he can die happier with the experience.
Just a bit of how I view most family friendly shows.
