If people had cuddles with each other, then what do you think of them giving kisses on the forehead, cheeks, or other non-sexual areas if they weren't romantically involved with each other during the cuddle?
intimate, lovely, and wholesome.
if it's not intended to be sexual harassment or cross a boundary, and doesn't approach that, and it's just a normal thing like a cat licking someone's arm as a way of being approving of a friend, it's normal and chill.
